Our Commitment
Zero-Tolerance Policy
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies such acts. Any violation of this policy results in immediate and permanent account suspension.
Proactive Measures
- Content Moderation: Our platform is equipped with a dedicated moderation team to review profiles, photos, for inappropriate content. Accounts found to be misrepresenting their age or uploading inappropriate contents are promptly removed and/or the associated profile gets banned.
- Reporting Mechanisms: Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or harmful profile/behavior directly through the app. Reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.
- Education and Awareness: MateUp provides intuitive profile report system and guidelines to educate users on recognizing and reporting any abuse and exploitation.
